Sky Pet Mall offers nationwide home delivery for purchases made via the website and app.

1. Delivery time:

• Ho Chi Minh City area: Delivery takes 2–4 hours after the order is placed.
• Other provinces: Delivery takes 2–3 days for city/provincial centers and 3–7 days for outlying areas, districts, communes, and towns (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Order processing time begins once full payment has been received.

Delivery times may be changed upon customer request, or proactively adjusted by Sky Pet Mall in the event of natural disasters or other special circumstances.

Your order will be delivered up to two times. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a staff member will contact you to schedule a second delivery; however, if we are unable to reach you or receive no response, the order will be automatically cancelled.

2. Delivery fee:

• Pricing is based on app rates for the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area.
• Customers in other provinces will be contacted for consultation upon submitting their order details.
